The Site, its online services (free tools, forms, visit statistics) and the data they process are hosted by:

3. Contact and reporting content

For any question about the Site or the App: hello@insider-club.app.

To report content that you consider unlawful and that has been published on a forum powered by the App, write to the same address with the subject line “Report”, stating the address of the page, the content concerned and the reason. Forums are operated by the merchants who install the App; we forward each report to the merchant concerned and ourselves remove any manifestly unlawful content as soon as we become aware of it, in accordance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (loi n° 2004-575 du 21 juin 2004 pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique).

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site and the App (text, structure, illustrations, characters, logos, mockups, videos, code) are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without our written permission is prohibited, with the exception of uses permitted by law (private copying, short quotations with attribution of the source).

“Insider Club” and its symbol, the circle of characters, are distinctive signs that belong to us.

Shopify, Shopify Plus and the Shopify bag logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. These trademarks are cited for identification purposes; Insider Club is an independent application that is neither published, endorsed nor sponsored by these companies. The stores used as examples in the free tools (Gymshark, Fashion Nova, SKIMS, Kylie Cosmetics, Stanley 1913) and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to illustrate how a simulation works: these companies are neither customers nor partners of Insider Club and have not taken part in this site.

5. Credits

Visual identity, illustrations, characters, mockups and screenshots: original works created for Insider Club.
Blog post illustrations: images generated by our own tools from the Site’s visual identity.
Typography: Bricolage Grotesque, by Mathieu Triay, distributed under the SIL Open Font License and hosted on the Site.
Portraits illustrating the testimonials: generated images provided by the randomuser.me service; they do not depict any real person.
Videos: YouTube player in “privacy-enhanced” mode, loaded only when you start playback.
Shopify prices displayed in the free tools: taken from the Shopify website on the date indicated on each tool, provided for information purposes only.
