The team behind Insider Club
Why Insider Club
We saw too many e-commerce brands hand their community to a Facebook group or a Discord server: their best customers talk somewhere else, on a platform they do not control, and all that content never reaches their website.
Insider Club brings those conversations back into the Shopify store: customers help each other, share photos and reviews, and every discussion stays useful to the next customers.
We are an independent team with no investors to please: our only priorities are the merchants using the app and their customers.

Meet the teamYou may be wondering
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The app installs from the Shopify App Store and is set up from your admin, with no developer.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. Insider Club uses existing Shopify customer accounts. A logged-in customer is automatically a member.
Can I make the forum private?
Yes. On the Growth plan, you can protect the whole forum with a password and reserve some categories for certain members.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
The subscription stops immediately from Shopify. Your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.
