Insider Club is growing and we are looking for two people to build the app and support merchants with us.

Developer

You join a small team and work directly on the Shopify app: new features, quality, performance and merchant feedback.

Customer support specialist

You are the first point of contact for merchants using Insider Club: you help them install and set up the app, answer their questions and share their needs with the team.

What you will do

  • Build new features for the app and the forum.
  • Make the product more reliable, secure and fast.
  • Talk with merchants to understand their needs and fix issues.
  • Take part in technical and product decisions.

Who we are looking for

  • Solid experience in web development, front end and back end.
  • Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, APIs, themes) is a real plus.
  • Autonomy, a feel for product and the drive to build something concrete.

Customer support specialist

You are the first point of contact for merchants using Insider Club: you help them install and set up the app, answer their questions and share their needs with the team.

What you will do

  • Answer merchants by email and chat, quickly and kindly.
  • Guide them through installing, configuring and growing their forum.
  • Spot bugs, reproduce them and report them clearly to the tech team.
  • Improve the help center and saved replies based on common questions.
  • Surface recurring requests to shape upcoming features.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in customer support, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Comfortable with Shopify, or keen to learn it fast.
  • Excellent written English; French and other languages are a real plus.
  • Patience, empathy and strong organization.
