The tool reads your store's public homepage to find your name, logo, theme colors and font, then a few products from your catalog with their photo.
It then draws your forum with these elements: your colors in the banner and buttons, and discussions about your real products, like the ones your customers could start.
Nothing is installed and no personal data is collected: only the store's public pages are read, and the result is kept in memory for a day.
Frequently asked questions
Will my real forum look like the simulation?
Mostly, yes: the Insider Club forum uses your theme's colors and fonts. You can then adjust everything (colors, banner, logo, categories) from the app, with a live preview.
Why aren't my colors used?
Some themes don't expose their colors in the page code. The simulation then uses a default palette; in the app, you choose your colors in a few clicks.
How long does it take to launch my real forum?
About ten minutes: install Insider Club from the Shopify App Store, add the forum section to a page of your theme, and the onboarding guides you through your first posts.
