Why Insider Club
We saw too many e-commerce brands hand their community to a Facebook group or a Discord server: their best customers talk somewhere else, on a platform they do not control, and all that content never reaches their website.
Insider Club brings those conversations back into the Shopify store: customers help each other, share photos and reviews, and every discussion stays useful to the next customers.
We are an independent team with no investors to please: our only priorities are the merchants using the app and their customers.
