Publish rules

A forum without visible rules attracts trouble. In Insider Club → Moderation → Rules, write five to ten short rules (respect, no advertising, no personal data…). They are shown before each member’s first post.

The automatic filter

The anti-spam filter blocks messages containing suspicious links, repetitions or terms you add to the blocklist. Blocked messages are held for review: you approve or delete them in one click.

Reports

Any member can report a message. You receive an email notification and find every report in Moderation → Reports, with the context of the discussion.

Acting on a member

From a member’s profile, you can:

• Warn: a reminder of the rules sent to the member.
• Suspend: the member can read but no longer post, for a duration you set.
• Ban: the member loses access to the forum. Their messages can be kept or deleted.

Delegate

Add moderators from Settings → Team. They have access to moderation, but not to billing or general settings.
